EASAC co-operates with Belgian Academies to create a Brussels network
The Royal Academies for Sciences and the Arts of Belgium (RASAB) are cooperating with EASAC to intensify the co-operation of both organisations with EU policy-makers and opinion-formers in Brussels. Since April 2010, RASAB is providing a team of staff to support the dialogue between the Academies and interested institutions of the EU.
EASAC is planning to improve the communication of its policy-recommendations in the areas of Biosciences, Energy and Environment. It is planned to offer not only in-depth reports on topical issues of science that are relevant for the Brussels process of policy-making, but also summary presentations and shorter statements.
