Bureaucracy in the 6th Framework Programme

Abstract:

On 22 February 2006 the European Parliament held a workshop to examine the effect that the bureaucracy involved in applying for funding via Framework Programme 6. EASAC selected the speakers at the event and wrote up the proceedings of the day.
