ERC Evaluation Panel nominations

At the request of the ERC Scientific Council, EASAC today sent them more than a hundred nominations of scientists to populate the ERC evaluation panels.  The nominations were from across the EU and were proposed by the member academies of EASAC.  The nominees were from across the spectrum of science and the humanities, as a number of EASAC's member academies cover both areas.  The nominees will sit on panels who evaluate the applications for funding from the ERC's first schemes.
